Chad J. Shepherd
Chad joined Herndon, Morton, Herndon and Yaeger in May 2014. Prior to joining the firm he worked in private practice in St. Marys, West Virginia, where he served as fiduciary commissioner. Chad also worked for over two years as an attorney for a Fortune 500 natural gas company where he focused on title issues, land deals and due diligence projects. Chad focuses his practice on oil and gas leasing and titles issues, Medicaid, estate and trust planning, tax issues, real estate transactions, and business formations and transactions.
