History
Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger, was founded in 1938 by the late Richard G. Herndon. Mr. Herndon was joined by the late R. Clark Morton and Richard’s daughter – the late Judith Herndon, to form Herndon, Morton & Herndon. The firm became known as Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger with the addition of senior partner, William J. Yaeger, Jr. in 1976.
Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger (“HMH&Y”) and its lawyers have consistently been recognized for their legal ability and ethical standards.
The firm has expanded in a controlled manner in direct relationship to the needs of our regular clients and the selective continued addition of new clients.
